For over two decades, I have been working at the intersection of media, communications and development sector – as a communicator, multimedia producer, researcher, and filmmaker.
I believe stories, told with restraint and honesty, move institutions where data cannot reach. That conviction runs through everything I do – from developing strategies to multimedia production.
Trough Bimba Nepal, I bring together a curated pool of thematic and technical experts to foster collaboration and promote positive behavior.
2003-2004
Started career at Radio Nepal as an Intern, then jumped to Radio City as a News Reporter.
2005-2009
Joined Radio Kantipur covering political events and development during a critical time in the country.
2010-2018
Transitioned to Development Communication, starting from Search for Common Ground, From Media Coach to Media Manager (2018). Key Highlights: Multimedia Production (Singha Durbar TV series, Solution-Oriented Radio Dialouge, Documentary, PSAs, Radio shows, animation videos). Radio for Peacebuilding Training Package. Web-based Media Management System.
2019-2021
Worked as a Freelance consultant, consulting with BBC media action, Iris Group International, International Alert, Accountability Lab, WFP, and IDS. Key Highlights: Produced Edutainment Films. Developed BCC Package for School Children. Mentored Journalists. Produced Radio Programs and PSAs. Facilitated Training and Workshops.
2022-2025
Managed communications related various portfolios in multiple organization including UNFPA Nepal, Winrock International, Asian Development Bank (ADB).
2025-2026
Engaged in social research, context, assessment, impact study and project evaluation.

Developing an institution to design creative and innovative solution to media and communications related gaps that includes designing strategic communication, strengthening stakeholders engagement, documenting impact, sharing stories, producing documentaries, building capacity, enhancing digital communication, optimizing social media presence, and conducting research.
